L. K. 44 Yrs Female
She came with the following complaints: pain in the stomach, burning, and distension. Eructation, heartburn, nausea. Distension of the abdomen with offensive gases. Alternate constipation and loose stool. Sometimes she feels as if food stays in the esophagus. Headache for 20 years, pressing pain, as if some heavy weight put on the head. Stones in kidney, right side, the pain started 1 year ago as cystitis. Since last April began to have had severe pain. Pain in the knees extends down (more right side). Last January swelling and pain in the legs, more right side (right leg had trauma), and now heaviness and weakness. Pain in the neck and shoulders. Haemorrhoids since 15 yrs. old, bleeding sometimes, burning pain. Cyst in the left ovary. Palpitation sometimes.
Before coming to the homeopathic clinic she was taking treatment from different allopathic doctors: gastroenterologist, gynecologist, urologist, traumatoligist without any prominent relief. The condition was getting worse and worse. She came for Homeopathic treatment in July 2019 and was under care for 11 months. Her last visit was in June 2020. She was prescribed Sepia 1M, in rare doses, then Sepia 10M. Her digestive problems improved by about 90 %, and sometimes she was heaving slight distension. Headaches became very rare. No urinary complaints. Pain and swelling in joints and extremities totally went.
Follow-up after 6 months and 1 year: her health remains steady, with no relapse.
Mrs. K.A 70 Yrs Female
The lady was complaining of nausea and vomiting with undigested food after each meal. It continued over the last 10 days. She was pale and extremely weak. Each movement caused profuse sweating. After each meal, she felt heaviness in her stomach which was ameliorated after warm drinks. Bitter taste in mouth after vomiting. No thirst. Aversion of fatty food.
After the first dose of Pulsatilla 30 nausea and vomiting stopped. Bitterness in the mouth was reduced. But sweating continued. Next was given Pulsatilla 200 after 2 weeks. Weakness and profuse sweating are gone. the last dose of Pulsatilla 200 which was given after 4 weeks removed the heaviness of the stomach after food and cured Mrs. K. A. completely.
Miss S.D. 19 Yrs Female
The young lady suffered from amenorrhea or had periods 1-2 times a year. This was since the beginning of menarche. Last few years there was no menses without medicine. Menarche – 12 years old age, then after 6 months, then again no manses and so on, duration 5-6 days, bleeding was normal.
Dysmenorrhea – pain in the back and inguinal region. Leucorrhoea – scanty, white, no smell. Occasionally pain in the breasts. ?ften headache in the temporal region, pressing pain, worse in the evening. The nose is always obstructed, especially in the cold season. Nose discharge is watery and gets worse in the morning till 12-13, then better. Scleras red injected.

She had urticaria at 7 years old age with swelling of lips and eyes after eating too many sweets. Chicken–pox in childhood. At 7 – 8 yrs. old age she had a head injury, after which appeared dark circles around her eyes. Fear of heights, snakes, spiders, insects. Aversion to solitude. Likes eggs, meat, and sweets. Thirsty. Sweating is not very profuse, mostly neck, and feet scanty, without smell. Chilly person, feet and hands are cold.
Prescribed Sulphur 30 followed with Calcarea carbonica 200, repeated in long intervals when symptoms were coming back. A few times was given Thuja After the COVID vaccination again menses was suppressed. Now her menses is regular, allergic rhinitis, and other complaints disappeared.
Mrs. T. 38 Yrs Female
Anxiety disorder with Panic attacks started in May 2017, with anxiety, tachycardia, palpitation in the whole body, rising BP to 180/70mm Hg.; constriction feeling behind the sternum, in epigastrium; cannot take deep breaths, coldness of extremities.
Headache since the age of 18-20 yrs. The longest time without headache – 1 month; usually one-sided, now more frequent on the right side; starts from occiput to the frontal part; pulsating pain, aggravation after walking, under the sun; amel. lying on the back, rest.
Right shoulder pain since 2 months, before pain, was in left shoulder; burning pain. Cannot tolerate heat, or tightness anywhere. Her whole life was a leader but now she has to work as a helper in somebodies house. Owners behave with her very politely, she cannot tell the cause of her anxiety disorder.
Fear of snakes, darkness, and death. Dreams of dead persons. The desire for company.
Treatment lasted for 2 weeks until 17/07/2012- last prescription.
During this period medicine was repeated when symptoms were coming back. The patient returned to her job. Panic attacks headaches and shoulder pain also subsided. Once more the problem came back on 22/10/18, again medication was repeated once. The patient became free from her sufferings.

Young woman came with complaints: pain in the back. In 2009 after first delivery she was a nursing child and started pain in one point in the thoracic part of vertebral column, then it stopped. In 2013 February she was pregnant with second child, from 5-6th month of pregnancy there was pain in the vertebral column from up to down, she could not lie down in any position, especially on back. She could not sleep at night. This pain continued after delivery. Stiffness in lumbar and thoracic parts of vertebral column. She was very weak and tired, not able to look after her children, and was suffering from pain continuously. Allopathic treatment during the last 2 years didn’t give her any relief.
After taking homeopathic treatment during 6 months her condition became normal, pain in the back very rare and slight. She became strong and quality of life improved very much.
Master A.M. 6 Yrs Male
The first consultation was done in April 2022. Mother was complaining that since January the frequency of attacks of wheezing, shortness of breath, and spasmodic cough have increased. The first attack was in October 2021, and the child was admitted to the hospital. Before it mother was diagnosed with COVID- 19. Possibly the child had an infection in light or latent form. But it was not confirmed. In the hospital was diagnosed with Bronchial asthma and prescribed steroid bronchodilators but they could not control the situation. After some time, attacks continue again. This lady was diagnosed with pneumonia in March 2015, and was treated with antibiotics. After treatment, she never felt well as before. She was complaining of a dry cough in the morning after exposure to cold air. She was mentioning one point on the right side of the lungs as very sensitive during inhaling the air into the lungs. She had felt as if the capacity of her lungs was reduced, she could not inhale the air freely. Feeling weakness, profuse sweating at night during sleep, and palpitation.
Mrs. I. G. was a divorced, depressive, and tense woman, very irritable. Every small thing made her panicky. She had fear of disease, and she thought that will not recover from the disease. Except for the main complaints she had an inclination to constipation and piles. Paradontosis: gums were bleeding.
In past history, she had quinsy very often and bronchitis in childhood, measles, and mumps. 4 years ago first time she has diagnosed with pneumonia. The patient had a desire for salty food, fish, and salty cheese, cuts bleed long. Got tears easily, and consolation made her more irritable.
In October 2015, started homeopathic treatment. She was prescribed and after the first dose, the frequency of her morning cough was reduced. Depression and irritability were reduced too. The medicine was repeated 3 times, once in 30 days. All symptoms were improved. The inhaling of the air has become comfortable without any sensitive points in the lungs. The case was completed with a prescription for an antimiasmatic drug. Gums bleeding stopped too and the patient recovered fully.

He was suffering from a headache for about 7 yrs. Pain was unbearable especially when he was getting tension in his work and he must take strong painkiller injections because tablets were not giving relief. Also he had from time to time in one cheek inflammatory swelling with pain, a lot of pus was coming out. Every time he must take antibiotics or go to the surgeon to make a cut. Last year he also had a vein problem in right leg. Sometimes he has panic attacks with palpitation or seems as heart will stop.

He tested positive with Covid-19. Diagnosed viral pneumonia by CT scan of lungs (20% of lungs were affected).

After that next prescriptions were done for rehabilitation of lungs and bronchi. Homeopathic treatment prevented development of Postcovid-19 syndrome.

This young lady came to me with a complaint of a left-side breast cyst. It was found out when the child pressed to the chest. 4 years ago started vertigo. Now it repeats from time to time. The joint problem, is more right ankle joint in hot weather. She had also habitual herpes, and dyspnea after COVID (got it in October 2020). Cannot bear tightness around neck. Tearful mood. Likes to take salty food and sweets very much. Thirstless. No particular fear, chilly, religious, avarice. Palms are wet, extremities cold sleeps fully covered. Likes to take burning hot baths, and burning hot drinks. Midnight hunger.
The prescription did on 31.05.2021
On her next visit on 26.06.2021, she started to eat well, became thirsty, complained of kidney pain, and polyuria, which came and went away, pain below her knees came and went away, the cyst has become less than half small, and last menses without pain.
On 31.07.2021 prescription altered.
12.09.2021- the cyst is gone completely.

During last 1 year patient became very irritable, started jerking in the face muscles, chilliness, palpitation, stitching pain in the heart region, weakness, nausea. 17.10.2021 prescribed Ignatia 3, during the first few weeks pressure from the pit of stomach shifted upper and upper. Repeated Ignatia in 200 and next month pressure stood on the throat level and from time to timewas disappearing.
02.01.2022 prescribed Lyssin 1M, Ignatia 200; again repeated on 14.04.2022. in her last visit she reported, she has slight problem only when takes watermelon.

Patient had an eruption on leg with severe itching, burning pain, which worse at night.
Thinks everybody should serve her, miserly, fights with family members continuously, but can’t overtake others. On 24/04/22 prescribed several doses. In her last visit 10.07.2022 skin on leg was cleared up.
Miss G.N. 3 Yrs Female
The child suffers from frequent cough and cold with fever, bronchitis, obstructed nose, difficulty breathing, yellow, greenish discharge from the nose, and yellow expectoration. Often was prescribed antibiotics. The problem was recurring weekly or every 2 weeks. The least exposure to cold brings back the problem. Once she had pneumonia. Often yellow (pussy) discharge from the eyes.
Problems started at 1.5 years old age. Mother suffered from vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Last month of pregnancy she was told that the child's lungs are not sufficiently extended, and was prescribed some injections for that, lung was extended then delivery was done by Cesarean section. This was the second delivery, the first was only 1 year before also with a Cesarean section. The child was growing up without apparent problems, millstones were on time, Vaccination by schedule, and no allergic reaction was noticed.
The child was very sensitive, and gets offended easily but forgets also easily. Stack to mother always wants to be with her. Likes to kiss, and hug. Often asks mother “Do you love me?” Fears of darkness, dog, insects. Likes fish, milk, salty food, fast food, lemon, sour food, and pickles. Her appetite is bad, mother should feed her. Very thirsty.
When falls down waits until her mother will rise and kiss her. Sweating head, temples, feet. Chilly. Obstinate. Very independent, and wants to do everything by herself.
Prescribed Phosphorus 200, to be repeated as soon as symptoms come back. Repetition was done in long intervals. Also, Drosera, Tuberculinum, and Bacillinum 1M were prescribed infrequent doses.
Now the child grows strong, very rare to get a cough and cold, even a fever she can fight without any medicine for a short time.
Mrs. T. G. 25 Yrs Female
Menarche was in 2008 (15 yrs old), was not regular, cycle was more than 35 days, lasting 7 days, blood was red, with clots. From 2012 menses cycle changed, it became regular, only during examination time it was delaying.
Past history: Nocturnal enuresis until 9 yrs old. Very rare gets cough and cold though she is a chilly person. Since 2007 she has fainting attacks at least once a year. Mostly it was happening in warm place, after hard work.
After taking hormones cycle became shorter – now it is 5 days/ 28 days.
She was married 2 years and not getting pregnant.

Miss G.A. 16 Yrs Female
Patient complaints of irregular menses since January 2015. She didn’t have periods in February, March, and April. Her menarche was in 12 yrs. old age, always irregular, either once in 15 days, or once in a 1.5 month, duration of 6 days. Before menses, there was swelling of the breasts and noticeable distension of the abdomen. Pain in the abdomen during menses, if feet get cold exposure. In September she had a severe headache, after keeping a diet. Gases worse in the evening after 6 pm. Abdomen distension worse after 11.30 am. Stool normal. During the last year, she has taken 3 times allopathic hormonal treatments for this problem. Her face was puffed and round, her abdomen puffed up, and she was in a very bad mood, irritable, hopeless, weepy.
In childhood, she had frequent episodes of flu. Warts on the face were removed a few years ago.
Hysterical, irritable, weepy. Concentrated on her external appearance and overweight, keeping her diet, which doesn’t help. Aversion to eggs, onion. The desire for fish, meat, and sweets. Thirsty prefers warm water. Doesn’t like beans. Food and drinks like to take very hotly. Sweating after taking allopathic treatment for problems of the lumbosacral region, before didn’t sweat, but feet always sweated, in 12 ages offensive feet after a year stopped. Hands and feet cold.
This was a difficult case with suppression and complicated with allopathic treatment. Symptomatically required medicines were subsequently prescribed at rare intervals. The patient is now having regular menses, PMS disappeared, on hands, warts appeared and are gone, and body and face shape became on their normal margins. She lost weight. Abdomen distension gone. She is very happy.

This young lady was complaining of irregular menstrual periods, which started after a mental shock. Periods are late, short, and blood dark red with clots. Before menses, weakness in legs, vertigo, headache, distension of abdomen, after bleeding starts.
Heaviness in the stomach for a long time after eating. The mood is very depressed, doesn’t want to talk about her problems, and gets angry if family members and friends try to discuss her problems and help her.
She was prescribed and after 1st dose, her menses started in time (30 days after the last), then again for 3 months it was delayed. Again case study was done and a second prescription was made. Mrs. G.M. 47 Yrs Female
She was complaining of constant panic attacks. Before menses, she had a feeling that she will become mad. Every day ambulance was near her building. During attacks, the blood pressure was increasing up to 160/110 with a headache. It was increasing before menses, irritability, and chill. Palpitation in the bed, at night.
Tachycardia woke up her from sleep suddenly. Depression before menses. In depression, she had a feeling that clouds cover her head.
3 years ago she had a mental shock. 12 years ago was operated on because of cysts in the breast.
Very irritable person. Headaches after exposure to the sun. Craves salty food. Lips were cracking in wintertime. Talkative and in good mood did not like tight clothes and never covered her neck. The new elements in beginning are red in color as if the skin is burnt and then covers with whitish scales, after scratching there was bleeding. The patient had senile psychosis, visual hallucinations, and delusions as if the dead son is alive and visiting her.
She started fighting with her daughter telling her that she doesn’t allow her son, who was in Russia, to come and live with her mother. She was living with her daughter. During the consultation, she was told she could see the son coming near their building and the daughter sends him back because she doesn’t want to share the property with her brother. Mother had given this property to the daughter.
But the strange thing was that her son has died 20 years ago and she knew about it. This condition started after COVID-19 suffered in the spring of 2021, and slowly progressed until this condition.
Also other hallucinations: seeing a person without had on TV e.c.t. Last year didn’t like contradiction, became very irritable, and fought if contradicted. Fear darkness also bright lights; loud sudden noises. Very sympathetic. Very polite. Desire to be hugged, desire for sympathy. Physically active.
Always was very helpful to family members and others, and offers her help without asking. Memory became very bad, can’t remember son’s name. A desire for fish, milk, and sweets. Slight thirst for cold water in summer.
Prescribed Phosphorus 200, repeated once more, then 1M . The medicine was given in long intervals, which cured the case. Hallucination disappeared totally, she told herself that realizes that her son is not alive for 20 years, had no fears can stay alone at home, active in her daily housework.

On 12.10.18 she had sudden pain in the head as if some heavy thing fell down on the head, she was feeling as cold sand is falling on the head, even in mouth she felt cold sand taste. Same time there was severe nausea with vomiting, weakness in the legs, as if she could not stand on legs, weakness in the right hand and leg. She was in the hospital for 3 days, after feeling little better, came back home, but weakness and heaviness in the head continued. Again admitted to the hospital where after 5 days again had attack of weakness, pain in the head with severe nausea and vomiting. Every time this attacks was accompanying with high BP 180/100. For 3 weeks she was taking allopathic treatment in the neurological department.
On 10.11.18 I was invited to the hospital by her son. She was in bed, was very weak, not able to get up herself. Patient was very depressed, complaining on heaviness in the head, cannot hold it, was lying down. Last 3 weeks fever about 37.5 – 38, mostly evening after 5 – 6 pm. 30 yrs ago the patient had severe vertigo after getting sunstroke. He is a football trainer.
Didn’t take any medication, he just used to lie down for some times till vertigo would subside. It was repeating from time to time, last was on 17.05.18. He again felt sudden vertigo on field, tinnitus, as if voices coming from deep place with heaviness in the vertex when lying down on pillow on right side, or turning from side to side, or when gets up from lying position. Heaviness of the head, on any physical and even with slight mental, exertion. Tinnitus in the right ear as water flowing. Gait is unsteady; 2 months ago when attack was there left leg was weak. As if keeping equilibrium with difficulty in darkness.
After 1 dose of medication, his condition became fine. All complaints went away. Follow up for 1 year.
After 1 year he again had slight vertigo and weakness in the left leg.

Before coming to the homeopathic clinic she was taking treatment from different allopathic doctors: gastroenterologist, gynecologist, urologist, traumatoligist without any prominent relief. The condition was getting worse and worse. She came for Homeopathic treatment in July 2019 and was under care for 11 months. Her last visit was in June 2020. She was prescribed Sepia 1M, in rare doses, then Sepia 10M. Her digestive problems improved by about 90 %, and sometimes she was heaving slight distension. Headaches became very rare. No urinary complaints. Pain and swelling in joints and extremities totally went.
Follow-up after 6 months and 1 year: her health remains steady, with no relapse.

Anxiety disorder with Panic attacks started in May 2017, with anxiety, tachycardia, palpitation in the whole body, rising BP to 180/70mm Hg.; constriction feeling behind the sternum, in epigastrium; cannot take deep breaths, coldness of extremities.

During this period medicine was repeated when symptoms were coming back. The patient returned to her job. Panic attacks headaches and shoulder pain also subsided. Once more the problem came back on 22/10/18, again medication was repeated once. The patient became free from her sufferings.
Young woman came with complaints: pain in the back. In 2009 after first delivery she was a nursing child and started pain in one point in the thoracic part of vertebral column, then it stopped. In 2013 February she was pregnant with second child, from 5-6th month of pregnancy there was pain in the vertebral column from up to down, she could not lie down in any position, especially on back. This lady was diagnosed with pneumonia in March 2015, and was treated with antibiotics. After treatment, she never felt well as before. She was complaining of a dry cough in the morning after exposure to cold air. She was mentioning one point on the right side of the lungs as very sensitive during inhaling the air into the lungs. She had felt as if the capacity of her lungs was reduced, she could not inhale the air freely. Feeling weakness, profuse sweating at night during sleep, and palpitation.
Mrs. I. G. was a divorced, depressive, and tense woman, very irritable. Every small thing made her panicky. She had fear of disease, and she thought that will not recover from the disease. Except for the main complaints she had an inclination to constipation and piles. Paradontosis: gums were bleeding.
In past history, she had quinsy very often and bronchitis in childhood, measles, and mumps. 4 years ago first time she has diagnosed with pneumonia. The patient had a desire for salty food, fish, and salty cheese, cuts bleed long. Got tears easily, and consolation made her more irritable.
In October 2015, started homeopathic treatment. She was prescribed and after the first dose, the frequency of her morning cough was reduced. Depression and irritability were reduced too. The medicine was repeated 3 times, once in 30 days. All symptoms were improved. The inhaling of the air has become comfortable without any sensitive points in the lungs. The case was completed with a prescription for an antimiasmatic drug. Gums bleeding stopped too and the patient recovered fully.
He was suffering from a headache for about 7 yrs. Pain was unbearable especially when he was getting tension in his work and he must take strong painkiller injections because tablets were not giving relief. Also he had from time to time in one cheek inflammatory swelling with pain, a lot of pus was coming out. Every time he must take antibiotics or go to the surgeon to make a cut. Last year he also had a vein problem in right leg. Sometimes he has panic attacks with palpitation or seems as heart will stop.
He was under homeopathic treatment for about 8 months. His headaches stopped completely, mood became stable, no panic attack since he was under homeopathic treatment. During this period he had only once swelling in the cheek, which in 2 days was aborted with homeopathic medicine without any complication.
He tested positive with Covid-19. Diagnosed viral pneumonia by CT scan of lungs (20% of lungs were affected).

After that next prescriptions were done for rehabilitation of lungs and bronchi. Homeopathic treatment prevented development of Postcovid-19 syndrome.
This young lady came to me with a complaint of a left-side breast cyst. It was found out when the child pressed to the chest. 4 years ago started vertigo. Now it repeats from time to time. 12.09.2021- the cyst is gone completely.
During last 1 year patient became very irritable, started jerking in the face muscles, chilliness, palpitation, stitching pain in the heart region, weakness, nausea. Head was heavy and pressing with vertigo. He is afraid to get heart stroke. Itching of face and whole body, afraid of going outside the home, mental exertion, at night. Less and very disturbed sleep, feels as if mind is not sleeping. Can sleep about 2am and again wake up around 4 -5am and morning he is very irritable and gets angry very easy. He is very sensitive to others opinion. In family he feels insulted by grandfather and feels he is a very cruel person.

Patient came with complaints; difficult swallowing – dysphagia, food stands along the esophagus, nervousness, has to take minimum liquids and food with small portions. Problem started about 6 months ago. Was diagnosed Cardiac achalasia by gastroenterologist, was suggested operation.
17.10.2021 prescribed Ignatia 3, during the first few weeks pressure from the pit of stomach shifted upper and upper. Repeated Ignatia in 200 and next month pressure stood on the throat level and from time to timewas disappearing.
02.01.2022 prescribed Lyssin 1M, Ignatia 200; again repeated on 14.04.2022. in her last visit she reported, she has slight problem only when takes watermelon.
Patient had an eruption on leg with severe itching, burning pain, which worse at night.
Thinks everybody should serve her, miserly, fights with family members continuously, but can’t overtake others. On 24/04/22 prescribed several doses. In her last visit 10.07.2022 skin on leg was cleared up.
The child suffers from frequent cough and cold with fever, bronchitis, obstructed nose, difficulty breathing, yellow, greenish discharge from the nose, and yellow expectoration. Often was prescribed antibiotics. The problem was recurring weekly or every 2 weeks. The least exposure to cold brings back the problem. Once she had pneumonia. Often yellow (pussy) discharge from the eyes.
Problems started at 1.5 years old age. Mother suffered from vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Last month of pregnancy she was told that the child's lungs are not sufficiently extended, and was prescribed some injections for that, lung was extended then delivery was done by Cesarean section. This was the second delivery, the first was only 1 year before also with a Cesarean section. The child was growing up without apparent problems, millstones were on time, Vaccination by schedule, and no allergic reaction was noticed.
The child was very sensitive, and gets offended easily but forgets also easily. Stack to mother always wants to be with her. Likes to kiss, and hug. Often asks mother “Do you love me?” Fears of darkness, dog, insects. Likes fish, milk, salty food, fast food, lemon, sour food, and pickles. Her appetite is bad, mother should feed her. Very thirsty.
When falls down waits until her mother will rise and kiss her. Sweating head, temples, feet. Chilly. Obstinate. Very independent, and wants to do everything by herself.
Prescribed Phosphorus 200, to be repeated as soon as symptoms come back. Repetition was done in long intervals. Also, Drosera, Tuberculinum, and Bacillinum 1M were prescribed infrequent doses.
Now the child grows strong, very rare to get a cough and cold, even a fever she can fight without any medicine for a short time.
Menarche was in 2008 (15 yrs old), was not regular, cycle was more than 35 days, lasting 7 days, blood was red, with clots. From 2012 menses cycle changed, it became regular, only during examination time it was delaying.
Past history: Nocturnal enuresis until 9 yrs old. Very rare gets cough and cold though she is a chilly person. Since 2007 she has fainting attacks at least once a year. Mostly it was happening in warm place, after hard work.
After taking hormones cycle became shorter – now it is 5 days/ 28 days.

Patient complaints of irregular menses since January 2015. She didn’t have periods in February, March, and April. The patient is now having regular menses, PMS disappeared, on hands, warts appeared and are gone, and body and face shape became on their normal margins. She lost weight. Abdomen distension gone. She is very happy.

Condition was getting worse and worse. She came to me in July 2019 and she was taking regular treatment for 11 months. Her last visit was in June 2020. On 12.10.18 she had sudden pain in the head as if some heavy thing fell down on the head, she was feeling as cold sand is falling on the head, even in mouth she felt cold sand taste. Same time there was severe nausea with vomiting, weakness in the legs, as if she could not stand on legs, weakness in the right hand and leg. She was in the hospital for 3 days, after feeling little better, came back home, but weakness and heaviness in the head continued. On 10.11.18 I was invited to the hospital by her son. She was in bed, was very weak, not able to get up herself. Patient was very depressed, complaining on heaviness in the head, cannot hold it, was lying down. Last 3 weeks fever about 37.5 – 38, mostly evening after 5 – 6 pm. Pillow feels as stone, stitches and dull pain in different parts of the head. Feeling better when head is low, trying to rise head – pulling pain in the occiput, extends down through vertebral column till lumbar region. Strong desire for sour things, sour fruits. On 17.12.18 she felt bad, complaints: severe headache left parietal region, face dark red, BP high, became very talkative, left foot numbness and weakness, Prescription was done.
After 1 month she was quite active, no headache, mood was better, she was able to walk around without fear, weakness and numbness in left leg very slight. BP was controlled.

30 yrs ago the patient had severe vertigo after getting sunstroke. He is a football trainer.
Didn’t take any medication, he just used to lie down for some times till vertigo would subside. It was repeating from time to time, last was on 17.05.18. He again felt sudden vertigo on field, tinnitus, as if voices coming from deep place with heaviness in the vertex when lying down on pillow on right side, or turning from side to side, or when gets up from lying position. Patient complained that after 4 yrs after marriage she was not getting pregnant. Once she had miscarriage in 6 wee. She got pregnant in 2007 she got pregnant and under care of a gynaecologist. Delivered by caesarean section. After this she again could not get pregnant. She had herpes of genitals after miscarriage.
